Key Features:

  • Update Multiple or All Conversations at Once
    Hover over conversation cards to select several — or all — at once. This will reveal a set of quick actions like adding tags, assigning agents, or reopening / resolving / snoozing conversations.
  • Smart Actions Based on Context
    Bulk actions are context-aware. If you select conversations that are already resolved, suggested actions will include “Reopen” or “Snooze” — not “Resolve” again. You’ll also only see assignable agents who are part of the corresponding inbox.
